It’s been a genuine honor to be a massage therapist to the public for almost a decade, and I’m excited to open and expand my business in the beautiful town of North Wilkesboro. My massage practice consists of many different healing modalities that I blend therapeutically. I use my experience and education to provide a personal and proficient massage experience for every client's needs.

We have seasons in our life just as nature does. From the blooming flowers of spring to the quiet hibernation of winter. Throughout these seasons, evergreens stay unchanged, as a reminder of eternal life and hope in the midst of hardship. Green is the color of the heart and of nature renewed, and I believe our hearts and the natural world are intimately linked. My goal for my massage practice is to reflect the healing elements of nature through the art of massage so that every client I receive feels renewed and open in their bodies and heart space.

Over the years I’ve trained in Ayurvedic body work, Bio-dynamic cranio sacral healing, Nurturing the Mother fertility/reproductive health massage, Thai table massage, therapeutic and Swedish massage, as well as Reiki healing. Ayurvedic Body Work

This modality comes from India, where it has branched off into several different therapies over the course of 10,000 years. Ayurvedic bodywork is endless and I’ve been blessed to learn Abhyanga (fast paced warm sesame oil massage) Shirodhara (warm sesame oil continuously poured onto the scalp) Netra Basti (warm ghee poured into the eyes) Kati/Greeva Basti (warm sesame oil pooled on to the lower and upper back for chronic pain) Janu Basti (warm sesame oil pooled around the knees for chronic pain) Udvartna (like Abhyanga with dried herbs rubbed into the skin) and many more. All of these therapies are highly intentional and beautifully effective. As my practice grows, I’ll be able to expand more into Ayurvedic offerings. Reiki Healing

Reiki healing comes from Japan, and is an energetic bodywork. My hands rest on top of the client, or sometimes do not touch the client at all. While performing Reiki, I act as a vessel for energy to come through me and heal my client in anyway my clients spirit deems necessary. This is not specific to any religious practice. I recommend this service for anyone who has experienced deep trauma, feels spiritually disconnected, or who has an aversion to traditional massage touch due to chronic pain like fibromyalgia

Nurturing the Mother

A course centered around conscious conception. Claire Marie Miller was my teacher and the creator of this course, and I am honored to continue her work of helping people conceive and care for their reproductive health.This massage is 90 minutes long and consists of several different methods that encourages a healthy conception. If you are interested in your reproductive health, but not conceiving, this work would still be wonderful to add to your health care routine. You must be screened by me prior to your appointment being booked, this will not be offered on my booking site. Please call for more information.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a typical western style of massage using comforting long strokes along the body to relax the mind and improve circulation. I recommend this for anyone looking to have a traditional massage experience. No deep pressure is applied.

Bio Dynamic Cranial Sacral Massage

This is less of a massage and more of a series of gentle holds of the head, neck, abdomen, low back, and feet. It is extremely useful for anyone suffering from insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, depression, restlessness, or head trauma. It’s also useful for anyone who is uncomfortable being unclothed.

Thai Table Massage

Thai table massage reflects traditional Thai massage while still utilizing a western massage table. I do not offer full Thai table massages, but I do use stretches from this course in my massage practice. Anna Garner at Journey Well Massage practices traditional Thai massage in North Wilkesboro, and I recommend her Thai massage to all who are interested.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is a full body massage where I focus on the clients areas of concern with thoughtful pressure applied as needed. This might be a deeper pressure, or lighter depending on what is needed for pain relief.
